REGARDING SPECIAL WAREHOUSING LICENSE UNDER SEC 58A CUSTOMS ACT 1962

I have a private limited company..We are applying for special warehousing license at nearby Seaport..A customs case registered against my partner's husband..Now customs officials told me that they are not issuing the license because of it.

Obtain written rejection orders from concerned officials and see if it is appealable before higher authorities and proceed as required.
