Regarding selling sc agriculture land

I belongs to sc category. I purchase 7 bigha agriculture land from sc category person can I sell this land to general category person...?can someone provide me the rule of selling / purchasing sc land?

Quick Summary
If you purchased agricultural land originally allotted to someone from the SC community, and you are also from the SC community, you may be restricted to selling it only to another SC buyer. Indian law, specifically the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, generally prohibits the transfer of land allocated for the welfare of SC/ST communities to individuals outside of these categories.

If this was originally allotted to a person belonging to SC community and the subsequent purchaser also belongs to SC community then the subsequent purchaser may have to sell it to a buyer belonging to SC community only.

No, a general category person cannot buy land allotted to SC/ST's in India. The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, prohibits the transfer of land allocated for the welfare of SC/STs to non-SC/STs.
