Regarding rsa case status

Sir / Mam the query regarding the RSA case filled in 2011 in High Court Karnataka on equal property to daughters my mothers case... Still now it was showing Case status is PENDING.. is there any way to get order or completion of case as soon as possible... Plantiff and Respondents ( mothers ) are senior citizens and they are facing health issues.... Please Help me...
