Regarding registration of nda

Dear Members,

Greetings of the day!

Please help me with the procedure to register a NDA i.e a non disclosure agreement. It is to be executed between my company and an IT Consultancy firm for designing a model.Also please suggest that should I get it registered or a notarized agreement will suffice and hold valid in the court of law. The said agreement is for 15 weeks only. Kindly suggest me the best alternative.
