There was a commercial shop property took on lease by my father from Gram panchayat. But after his accidental death, how can this property be transfered to his successors names ? So that the agreement of lease remains and continues till further renewal. Also, currently the Gram panchyat is now converted to Nagar panchayat ( Muncipal panchayat)
Apologies sir. But i a unable to find the previous answers for a sspecific question like this one. So, i request you to please suggest me the legal process which i can follow to undertake the property under my rights.
