Regarding power of attorney

hello sir, i have two different properties at different location,  can i give power of attorney to single agent  at a time . or i have to execute two different power of attorneys.   If two different clients want to but two different properties to whom i should give original

No.  One single POA to a single person is sufficient for two properties in separate towns/villages.

Yes, single POA will suffice for both properties so execute single POA .

Execute and get single PoA registered with either of Sub-registrar where property is located /you are residing or working.
