Regarding my brother wife made domestic violence case against on my family

My brother marriage held at 2019 and on that year onwards, I'm living in delhi they live in Hyderabad and parents lives in Nellore.she went to delivery to her according to this Did I have any right to put a counter case on her regarding about her false case.
1.what chances she had on filling case sections on us ?
2.can I file a counter case regarding this in my hometown ?

Hello,

You have to fight out the case filed by your brother's wife. You may file a case if you have any valid reason to file the counter case. After acquittal from the court, your brother can file a divorce application against his wife.
