respected sirs,
my name is chandan kumar...a few days back on may b on 10th june few person whom i knw because they live with my friends called me and said to pay 2 lakh rupees...on 13th june they forcibly took my finger print on a stamp paper...the agreement was not written by me and my name in the agreement is as chandan rathore(because they did not knw my real name..my facebook account name is chandan rathore,may be so they wrote it)...now they are threatning me to drag to the court...since i have my finger print over there, m worried about that...they even kept me hostage for a day on 13th june...one of my friend gave them 40000rs to release me as i had my semester exams coming up...sir plz guide me...what shall i do nw..
