Hi all,
I have applied for MCD. In 1st Motion application, there is a missing of one sentence or pleading "that, both parties agrees not to file case against each other".
I required your help : 1. Can it be added in the 2nd Motion application of MCD? If so, is it a lengthy procedure?

Also is it necessary to add this sentence on safer side? If skipped, will she able to put case after MCD?

its better to put thing u may think of in the MCD. u never know what ur dearie wud be planning for u..... !!!
