Regarding maternity leave

Hi, i am a working proffessional and now i am expecting my second baby in the month if Nov. I would like to know whether the new amendement regarding benefits of maternity leave is passed?? Or working proffessional will get the benifits or is this new amendement still have to cross many paths. Plz experts help. Thanks Srilakshmi
