Regarding marriage laws (amendment) bill, 2010

I am having a query regarding Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2010.

Where can we get the copy of the draft of Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2010 being redrafted and subsequently approved by cabinet and Rajya Sabha.

The Question here is: Regarding property division of husband upon Divorce. - Is the property mentioned in this bill is matrimonial property( property acquired by couples after marriage) or only that acquired by husband both before and after marriage? What does the law refers to? Confusion here is because, some newspaper refers to it as just property and some other as matrimonial property.

To the best of my knowledge, only the property acquired by husband after marriage. But the bill is not passed into law yet, right?

I think it is yet to be passed.

When the bill is passed, will it be applicable for the cases where divorce was granted by the lower court but appeal against it still pending in the high court? Can it be the reason why appeals are pending in hc for more than a year?
