My father has borrowed Rs.500000/-(housing loan) from a bank in 2012. He tried to pay most of the EMI but he failed as we are not so financially good, he is a daily wage worker. Due to this our account has became an NPA account. And to manage this till now we had paid almost Rs.400000/- as interest only.Right know we are paying monthly EMI. But want to settle the account at once, so is their any way to do this.
Please help.
