regarding file of criminal cases

1.if there is a remedies with civil case to anybody, then criminal cases can filed? or criminal cases would be quashed if there is a remedies to get in civil case, 2. criminal cases would be quashed if those cases are in purely civil in nature?

mere pendency of civil case will not bar you from initiating criminal proceedings..!! u can maintain

I'm working in private company due to Covid-19 company stop it's operations with perior information after that they block my email id and all modes of communications without in information. When they are going to start their operations no idea.

I'm in doubt that by closing my all communications they will terminate me from company and will produce fake emails for not responding to the management.

please advice me what I need to do.
