Regarding divorce

Hello all,

I need few clarification regarding divorce.

I sought divorce under section 13 ia on my husband. My husband asked me to withdraw the allegation to give consent.

Accordingly, divorce is granted under section 13 ia after i withdraw the allegations, by court. Now can it be challenged in High Court? Just want to know whether it can be appealed in higher court or not. I know that divorce happend by both agreeing but it is not under 13b but under 13 ia. So i am asking.

Plz plz help me.

if divorce had granted by the family court u/s13ia , an appeal can be made against this decree/order in the high court within a period of 90 days from the date of the decree/ order .
