I have file a FIR regarding fraud fir lodge under section-406,420,120B,34 of IPC.DSP supervise the case and give remark true. But when i ask to give a copy of supervision report then DSP told that Supervision report is confidential document it can't be given to complaintent this report directly submitted to Honorable court and court give warrant of arrest on basis of supervision report is it true? I am eligible to receive a copy of supervision report or not if i eligible then what i can do. DSP denied to give copy of supervision report.
