I booked a shop with a known builder in Noida and paid 50% of booking amount in a construction liked plan. After two months of booking,i some how decide to discontinue my booking for personal reasons.
Can I get my booking amount refunded at this stage?
Although, I have signed the application form containing terms and conditions but I have not yet signed the agreement with the builder on stamp paper. The agreement will be signed only when I make 10% of the cost of the property.
