Hello Raj sharma your monthly alimoney deicded by court totlay and before decide alimoney court will get information about your monthly income if you are working somewhre or you have any other source of income and how much you getting in month 

after than how other family member depend on you in your family so in that case you show your exact income and if there dpended in your family than you tell court same so court will deicde alimoney to keep in mind all these thing. 

one more alimoney change time to time when court think about there need to increse amount or decrese amount .

 

Hello Mukesh, My query is that does a judge has an authority to just order lumpsum alimony or will he ask me to pay monthly ? During my last hearing he was biased and was just talking about lumpsum only.
