Regarding Adoption

if a lady adopted a child through Deed of adoption and after 20 year she want to handover the custody of the said child to his natural parents can it is possible ?

being 20 years of age means he is major not a child any more. He can decide himself where he want to be.

Ji,  seems to be a hypothetical query.  adoption through a deed or as per rites and customs is not the problem.  Now that adopted child became major. so he/she do as he/she wishes.
