regarding 2nd marriage

l am girl who hot second marriage after legal divorce but my 1st marrige case pending 498 ,i got second marriage with other boy after few year he started black mailing regarding first case ,he file divorce agaist me that to get benifit of my first 488 case ,is there any problm i may face ,i am govt employee

Have you disclosed to your second husband about your first marriage, divorce, 498a case pending ?

If you have already disclosed to him about your first marriage and the case nothing will.be initiated against you though u r a govt. employee as you have not indulged in any criminal.activity by getting.married seconf time.

At the most he may file for divorcce which is his right to seek.
