Regarding 138 ni act

A case of Sec.138 of NI Act filed and CC numbered in Chennai, in 2012  after taking sworn statement of the complainant. In the Year 2014 the same case had been transferred to Ballari due to the amendment by the govt. There also the same was numbered. In the year 2015, after the new amendment the same case again transferred to Chennai. In this process the party misplaced or lost sworn statement and now the concerned magistrate denies to register the case. What will be the solution?

As a lawyer can get a true copy of the losted/misplaced document from the concerned courts by apply copy application.

Kindly get the copy application of the documents through the court register and represent the case through the previous magistrate(Ballari).
