yes the said gpa is cancelled, but same time you must cancelled the gpa

my concern is C is out of country for  job purpose  for this Cancelation/Revocation Regestration  GPA , A is enough or we need both (A and C)

or simple A can send Registered Notice to X (Agent) and paper publication is enough
