Reg european fraud laws dominating indian students!

Hi
EU college fraud me second time. I want a free lawyer and polygraph plus narco test arranged by the courts. They have parameters, I don't give a heck about them. I want justice. How to mess up with them? I'm currently living there. It's bad that Indians are immigrated without a law.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the concerns of Indian students facing fraud by European colleges. While the student expresses frustration and desires extreme measures, the advice focuses on pursuing legitimate legal remedies available within the specific European country. It highlights the importance of understanding enrolment contracts, seeking legal aid, and contacting relevant educational and consumer protection bodies. The advice strongly cautions against illegal actions and emphasises gathering evidence for a formal complaint.

If you believe a European college has defrauded you, focus on legal remedies rather than trying to “mess with” the institution. Your rights depend primarily on the European country where the college operates, your enrolment contract, and whether the institution is public/private and accredited. Being an Indian student does not ordinarily deprive you of access to local courts or consumer-protection mechanisms.

If you cannot afford a lawyer, investigate that country's legal-aid scheme. You may also approach the relevant education regulator, accreditation authority, consumer-protection body, police/prosecutor (where criminal fraud is alleged), and the Indian Embassy/Consulate for consular guidance. Preserve your admission documents, fee receipts, emails, advertisements, academic records, recordings lawfully obtained, and a chronological account of events.

A polygraph or narco-analysis is not something you can normally demand as a method of proving an educational fraud claim. European courts generally determine disputes through admissible documents, testimony, expert evidence and applicable procedural rules. Do not threaten officials, hack systems, harass staff, fabricate evidence, or deliberately disrupt proceedings; those actions can seriously damage your case.

If you tell me which European country you are currently in, the college, what exactly happened, and approximately how much money is involved, I can identify the appropriate free legal-aid service, education/consumer regulator, complaint procedure, and possible court remedy.

I don't want to disclose the location. But I already am  aware of this free legal aid.

When I spoke to EU cops, they were saying it is a court issue.

Why? Its purely a fraud because all are assignments here and no written exams. There is no value for this 4 subject course in India. I've spent 21,000 € or this course and another 33,000€ in Iteland for my MSc.

Many years ago UK courses based on assignments were banned in India. Now they opened colleges all over EU. They are body shopping students and giving them what ever blue collared jobs they need. And students are happy.

I'm not because I'm not living here for a small time wage when Europeans in Indian MNC sectors are living in five star hotels, owners becoming too rich, free white s*x and millions of salarie

All of this was committed by EU cops!!

Next Ambassadors living in India. And Indian brahmins, sc, st, Muslim caste working inside it.

Vijayawada, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi police commissioner and his staff.

Movie actors and politicians.

White ceos and other staff visiting India.

Even NRIs are involved in this.

All of this is a cartel!!

I have long site and not wearing them now. Ignore any typos or grammatical errors.
