if anybody do not give Maintenance to wife and child who live separate from Husband and ask Husband to live separate from his old parents and child from first wife.

1. in maintenance there is one month jail in first and second year . what about after that???
2. can it be good ground for HMA 13
that wife force to live separate from dependants.
