Certainly it will be cruelty. Marriage can not be just a mere house where two individual lived with a roof above them.

Aren't we are rushing too fast too soon!!!!!!!!!
What's about counselling before getting the matter escalated for institution of case on ground of cruelty - there has to be a specific cause address the cause and avoid judicial separation.
