Gopal Krishna Behera (Advocate Orissa High Court Cuttack.)     14 June 2010

Refusal For Sex - Amounts Mental Cruelty.

The husband and wife vow to spend the rest of their lives together. In sickness and in health, in good times and bad, till death does them apart…But… if the man is not getting enough of s*x, or if the wife decides against getting pregnant, or if she has an abortion secretly, the man can then sever all ties with his wife —on grounds of mental cruelty.

Dear All,

Aren't we are rushing too fast too soon!!!!!!!!!

What's about counselling before getting the matter escalated for institution of case on ground of cruelty - there has to be a specific cause address the cause and avoid judicial separation.

Best Regards

Daksh
