Redevolopment

Our Society's Managing Commitee have brought  proposal for redevelopment. The builder is offering Extra 100 sft for 1 BHK apartment and extra 120 sft for 2BHK apartment. When we look at %, it comes to extra 25% for 1bhk but only 14% for 2bhk. Unfortunately 1BHK apartments are more in the society, hence Managing commitee can get 75% approval from society members. Is there a way we can demand equal percentage of  extra area for our apartments legally?
