Our Society in Andheri West Mumbai is going for Redevelopment. 1)Developer selected with more than 51% of majority in presence of representatives of Sub Registrar about a year back. 2)Partial Draft DA without proper listed Annexures ,without Conceptional Plan with positioning of allocations of New Flats in Redeveloped Building not given to and approved by Members. 3)How Partial DA Agreement be approved without these Documents in SGM called by MC. 4)What is authenticity of this partial DA Agreement. 5) 51% approval is required for the Approval of the Partial DA Agreement.
