In Jan 2021, Sale deed contains rakesh to north but actually its Karthik but in suite for permanent injunction, we wrote rakesh(Presently Karthik)
Still suite is going on, we done self rectification of sale deed at registration office from rakesh to Karthik of North boundary name
Query: can this effect suite? If so what steps I need to take?

Yes certainly it will affect the suit, just file the application for modification of the title and submission of better particulars. You should mention and submit the copy of rectification deed also.
