Rectification deed

Hi Everyone,

Am applying for construction loan on a plot which was brought by my mother back in 2007 in Bangalore-Karnataka, while the site alloted dates on site sale deed does not match the dates mentioned on Possession certificate, but bank require a rectification deed for correcting this typo or technical mistake done back in 2007, while the problem we facing is seller based in Kerala and we have no means of communication i.e., the landline phone given by seller is dead and no reply to our mails, we not sure if seller is alive or in same address or is abroad with his son. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chandrashekar R

Publish in largest circulated newspapers regarding the seller or his legal heirs to execute a rectification deed by consulting a local advocate.

Facts posted are vague and ambigous, which require clarifications regarding the date of allotment and purchase (both are stated to be in 2007 ) ???

sorry for confusion,

1. Date of allottment on Possession certificate is 17-02-2004 while on sale deed mentioned as 17-01-2004.

2. Date of possession on Possession certificate is 23-02-2007 while on sale deed mentioned as 17-03-2007.
