Yes, move contempt petition before concerned CAT in terms of The Contempt of Courts (C.A.T.) Rules, 1992 through your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case, an able, competent and intelligent enough to sail your through.

Simultanously file a Caveat in the jurisdictional High Court.

In case SSC assails the CAT order in Writ jurisdiction, contest the same tooth and nail, through your lawyer.

You can move a contempt petition against the SSC on the basis of the orders passed by the CAT, besides you can file a caveat petition before high court where the SSC authorities are likely to prefer an appeal against the judgment.

Respected Sir we have recently file contempt of court against SSC IN CAT. Honorable CAT has issued notice to SSC. But next date is 17th of July. Will SSC utilize this time to process our candidature or it will just pass time and on 17th seek more time. What are the possibilities. Kindly guide
