we have a small business and always have to struggle for recover debts against interstate customers .we are requested to experts to inform us whole procedure to file recovery suit against any trader also inform the limitations.approximately time.interstate police laws etc.because we found in one case that summons is not reach in time & upto right person please guide

file summary suit . it is effective . if summons are not being served on accused you can make application for substiuted service . your lawyer can guide you properly after going through the facts of your case
