I have done an loan agreement of Rs70000 with money receipt(revenue stamp and his signature on it)on 17 January2020 and he promised me to return after 15 days from the date of agreement. But now he refused me to return the money and has blocked my number. Sir/mam plz help me out to go for a legal action against him so rthat I can get my money soon
If u have a legal Agreement copy with the sign of witness on it so u can file a suit or firstly send a legal notice to your friend or if he denies again so u can file a suit within the court of your jurisdiction. Or if u also have his signed cheque so u can also file a suit of cheque Bounse under negotiabler instrumrnt act.
