Is recording conversation at work place without informing participants legal?
Sometimes manager not stick to what he said during the meeting.
can this be used in conciliation meeting with labour commissioner or in labour court?

Is recording conversation at work place without informing participants legal?
Depends on the type of company, nature of meeting and terms of any agreement between the company/course conductor and the participants.

can this be used in conciliation meeting with labour commissioner or in labour court?
Make sure that the issue has been escalated for resolution within the company to the highest possible level and only when you have not received any redressal within the company it would make sense to produce it as evidence before labour commissioner/ labour court.
