A husband is absonded since 10 years and no complaint if filed by wife of absconding now wife want ot register her name on property what is the procedure.

missing case has to be filed and no trace certificate has to be got from the police.someone who is missing for more than seven years is considered to be dead.providing the proofs you got to get a order from the court and proceed
