Receiveing don't giving

DEAR SIR,

I WAS DOING BUSSINESS WITH A COMPANY.I DROP WORK WITH COMPANY.I HAVE GOODS,AND COMPANY SEND ME A LETTER TO TRANSFER THE GOODS TO THE NEW PARTY.SO I BILL (SALE)THE  NEW PARTY  APART GOODS.I GIVE THE GOODS TO PARTY.AND DEMAND FOR RECIEVING THEN HE SAY THAT,AFTER CONFIRMING GOODS ARE OK AND NOT DAMAGE THEN I GIVE YOU RECEVING.AFTER TWO DAYS I WENT TO PARTY THEN HE IS NOT GIVING THE RECEVING.SO,IN THIS CASE WHAT I DO SIR?

send a notice to the company which instructed you to transfer the goods to the new company to settle the money failing which you will initiate legal action
