Different laws of Indian Government are Gender biased. In spite of number of representations in this regard, nothing postively come from the govt side. Section 498 A is the main culprit. This section once applied by girl will result only divorce. Govt must realised that this section is used by girl and their falilies to extort the money and terorise the boy's family. The law is itself a violation of human rights. We should raise our voice against.

it is quite natural.

it is increasing every where in the world.

no one wants to be dominated by others. freedom loving nature is an animal instinct of a human being.

The exorbitant monetary gains offered by moving to courts in matrimonial cases, is the main reason why matrimonial laws are MISUSED the most.

The gal's greedy families also provoke them to lie and gain money if the couple wishes to separate.

Till this monetary gain is not checked, there is no future for marriages in this country!...

Even in the smallest fight between a couple, these days women threaten their hubbys of police and courts; this makes the hubby also lose love and trust. Thus, marriages end very soon and leave no possibility of reconciliation.

Situation can improve when couples decide that they will keep COURTS out of their marriage and learn to handle their relations on their own..

Yes Ofcourse there is a total misuse of liberty given to the women. They are unnecessarily using their power of law against innocent man and his family ... If we Comman person as human can understand and realise it is wrong happening then why can't our Government and Law Minister realise this and should take some strict action and treat every case as per there importance. I consult more than 10 lawyers and all of them asked if wife files wrong case or Maintenance and domestic violence, a husband have to pay her at any cost, and our Magistrates orders to favour women without knowing the facts and ability of a husband. If he is not accepting the judgement he have to visit behind bar or to appeal at high court and pay plenty of money to the lawyers for No Results. Now there has been situation of male suicides, why our judicial system is not improving timely. why they cannot judge impartially. I seek help from the Human Rights Institutions and several legal organisation.
