Real estate company not returning my money

Hi All I have Purchage a Plot in Lucknow of a real state company and paid 80% of payment rest of 20 to paid at time of registry but many times of request keep quite to make registry of plot .Now I found that company has no land at that location neither company return my money nor doing any reply.company is RERA registered.I payment Received given by company and cheque payment details. So I want to know that can I complain RERA to return my money or file court case .
