I am three brothers and i am yougest brother in all three.My father passed away 7 years ago and my mother used to lives with my elder brother in a village and he is crushing and beating my mother, for the property.When i talked to elder brother reagrding this then he also fight and threatening to us that i will kill you.Now,from last 4 month my mother is living with me.Some are Parental property and are on name of my mother.Now,in this case what we have to do,Plz sugget me right way.
