Reagrding pan name change

Hi All,

I want to change My mother pan card name.
My mother name is geetha Adhar and Pan, And other document has different name,

Now i can able to change my mom name to geetha in Adhar, but for pan they were asking gazzet document.
But i didn't apply for name change, due to some miscommunication it happened,

Now, Is there any way to change name in pan ?

It's urgent, if any one knows please help me out.
