I want to know whether the supply and laying of ready mix concrete is a supply contract or works contract. I need to know the judgements in support of the information

It is a supply contract. The dealer who is incorporating RMC in the form of goods and not a works contractor. One clarification issued by the Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Kerala available with me and enclosed.
