Re transfer of property

Hi,

Myself and my brother jointly bought a site and built a  house  with bank loan taken in my name.Once the emi was paid off( with the help of my brother's money too), we transferred the property to our mother's name. Now  my mother is planning to give the property to my brother, is it possible for me to claim my share in the house?
