Re-registration of flat property in wife's name

Hi

I have a flat that is registered in mine (Primary) and wife's (Secondary) name. I have taken a loan and paying emi regularly. I would like to know the procedure for re-registering the property in wife's name entirely.

What is the procedure, fees, etc.?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mathew, u can execute Release deed (Co-owner) in favour of ur wife. u have to pay stamp duty for ur 1/2 share only,
