Re-marriage

suppose a girl's husband is imponent and one year of marriage is over, then also husband is not agreeing for divorce because anyhow he is imponent and he wants to destroy life of girl, then what solution is available to girl?

On the ground of impotency she can apply for the divorce.

impotency is a ground for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act. c the relevant provisions, if the case is actual in nature then consult some local counsel for action.

Remarriage cannot be solemnized untill and unless a legal divorce is taken.  She has remedy under Section 13 to take divorce on the ground of impotency.
