Re marriage

Experts,

Could you plrase advise on the following,

Ex wife has filed a Review Petition before the High Court against its judgement confirmimg divorce granted to husband under cruelty. She has filed the Review pettion afterr the limitation period of 90 days. The delay has been condoned but the matter has not yet been heard or admitted.

Now, after the review petition.has been filed the husband has to remarry as he has to go abroad.

According to the lawyers, the husband has waited for the limitation period of 90 days and also Review is not an Appeal ( Ref Sec 15 of HMA ).

Is it justified?

This is great.. what was cruetly that husband proved to get divorce.. ? He is very lucky to get divorce.. And for ur query.. ask the guy to get married informally/unofficial and take his wife to abroad.. let his ex wife roam around the court for life

Hi manku in each case you husband need to wait for 90 days if there no apeal in hight court or upper court than he will marry to other woman

in case if the high court change order or some other than its been problem for him than his new relation not valid

You have get divorce now you can remarry. Let your exwife roam court and waste her time and money.

If there is no communication from court, Interim orders like not to marry etc and summons of appeal case, then you can go for 2nd marriage before your wife comes to know about it.
