Re cross examination of a witness in a n i act case

In a N I Act case, I have cross examined the complainent, but forgot to ask a vital question regarding limitation period. Is there any provision to re cross examine the witness? Any case law? Pl help.

Quick Summary
A user in an NI Act case forgot to ask a crucial question about the limitation period during the complainant's cross-examination and is seeking advice on re-cross examination. The suggested solution is to file a petition under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C. to recall the complainant. While this is a discretionary power of the court, it may be allowed if the reasons provided are satisfactory.

File petition u/sec 311 Cr.P.C to re call complainant for cross examination.Although its discretionary power of court but on satisfication of reasons assigned by party court may allow petition and recall complainant for cross examination.

The facts posted do not suggest any compelling reason for recalling the witness u/S 311.
