Re: copy application

copy application filed for obtaining certified copies of suit docket orders from beginning until pronouncement of judgement (total 52 adjournments) and the same was returned for the reason that suit docket orders can be obtained only for any one adjournment and not for all the 52 adjournments. is this justified and valid procedure?

Quick Summary
A user's application for certified copies of all suit docket orders, spanning 52 adjournments, was returned. The reason given was that copies are only provided for a single adjournment, not the entire series. The user questions the validity of this procedure. Advice suggests that individuals have the right to obtain copies of the record and recommends escalating the application to the Principal District Judge if necessary.

last One adjournament copy is enough. Not necessary all adjournaments.

You the right to get copies of record, they cannot give you such reason; just file the application to Pr. Didtt judge and seek orders.
