Rcr u/s 9 hma and condition for divorce

After having got the favorable decree for RCR, if the wife does not join your company for a period of 1 year from the date of the decree, then automatically u/s 13 1A of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 it will culminate as a ground of divorcee automatically.

But Sir,

My question is below :-

As rcr is not mere physical comming but it has to be complte husband wife relations .if that is not established because of her behaviour how can I get divorce .
