this hearing is on 8th oct.... but few days before without wife knowledge husband vacated their and shifted all belongings of wife to somewhere and the house is now rented out. Now what's the plan of husband and he his wife number and her family members contact...

They got married on 28th Aug 2020....only 3 months they lived together due this wedlock she delivery a baby on may month 2021...in between in the month jan 2021 her husband and Brother in law demanded for money and jewels.... due this she filed a compliant and her husband and brother wranned by police and she went with her husband..... again the very next month feb 2021....her brother in law and family members slaped her, demaned the same money....and she called 100 police came and again compromise was done.... by considering her pregnancy police adviced her to stay with her parents.. with the condition that husband should visit her weekly one.... after one month he will take her back.... and other bla bla eye wash from husband he agreed that... in this condition it's been 4month for baby till now he never tried to see baby..... but wife and her family members visited the house that was locked and now rented out and his number was not reachable and his relatives told that they don't know about him.... in this scenario he sent a notice under section 9....RCR.....now wife believing that her husband is truly loving her and baby so only he sent RCR.....

My doubt is that if he wants his baby and wife he should come directly and take her and baby... but why he is doing unnecessary drama.... please let us know the trap in this... and this what this wife should do to save her life and baby life..... please advice

In case the wife has received summon on rcr please contest it, that the rcr petition has been filed to mislead the court.
