I got married in last feb and after 2 months wife strted living with her parents. And parents putting weird demands.
Query is
1 - if i file RCR how many days she get to reply??
2- if she doeant reply or appeR in court after how many days can we file divorce on this base that she doesnt want to stay together.
3 - she want to study further with 10 lacks fees per year i am not ina condition to give her because of family priblem , then under RCR can we deny her to study???? Is it husbands right????
