Dear Experts,
I want to know if there any judgement on RCR favouring husband under the following circumstances:
1) Husband once slapped as she was abusing husband's mother in bad language. Later husband messaged her asking sorry and also advised her not to repeat such act of abusing. She has saved the message. After this incident husband & wife cohabited for more than 1 year.
Will this be disadvantage for husband if he applies for RCR and wife cites this incident to justify that she has reasons to stay away from husband?
Is there any judgement where RCR is granted in favour of husband even after such an incident as mentioned above?
