RCR after divorce petition

Hi,

My wife has filed a divorce petition under Cruelty - Section 13(ia) of HMA. All her grounds are flimsy and her only motive seems to obtain alimony from me and re-marriage. She left the marital home nearly 3 months ago and I have been trying through various sources to call her back. We also have a 18 month kid, however she has no concerns regarding his future and has been adamant with respect to separation.  I had  suggested that we visit a counsellor. and solve our differnences amicably, however she didnt agree to the suggestion.

Can I file a RCR petition now? I didnt file the RCR petition so far as I thought the matter should be solved amicably without going to the court.

U Can go ahead and File RCR Petition. One more advantage with this is She will never get divorce and u will not be ordered to give any maintenance/alimony
